Dozo is a local Charlotte, NC restaurant founded and run by the guys behind Katsu Kart.

I got a chance to work with Perry Saito to develop the logo and just nerd out over our love of Kurosawa films, Samurai Champloo, and the unending cool Toshiro Mifune. This is the process.
